# STRG > STRG is S3-compatible object storage for businesses, individuals and AI agents. Storage costs $6.80 per TB per month with all egress and standard S3 API requests included, the first 10 GB are free, and data is stored in US-East (Reston, Virginia) or EU-Central (Amsterdam, Netherlands). STRG can be used in three ways: - In the dashboard at https://app.strg.com, which also signs you up and includes the STRG Assistant. - With any S3 client, SDK or tool, using the regional endpoints `https://s3.us-east-1.strg.com` and `https://s3.eu-central-1.strg.com` with STRG access keys. - From an AI agent through the STRG MCP server at https://mcp.strg.com, which manages buckets, objects and access keys after an OAuth sign-in. Connecting a new user signs them up. ## Get started - [STRG dashboard](https://app.strg.com): Sign up or sign in; create buckets and access keys, manage billing and chat with the STRG Assistant. - [STRG MCP server](https://mcp.strg.com/mcp): Remote MCP server for AI agents (Streamable HTTP transport, OAuth sign-in). - [Connecting an AI agent over MCP](https://docs.strg.com/getting-started-mcp.md): Setup for Claude, Codex, Cursor, Zed and other MCP clients. - [Documentation](https://docs.strg.com): Guides, the S3 API reference and the REST API reference. - [Documentation llms.txt](https://docs.strg.com/llms.txt): Index of every documentation page as Markdown. - [Documentation llms-full.txt](https://docs.strg.com/llms-full.txt): The complete documentation in one file. ## MCP server The STRG MCP server endpoint is `https://mcp.strg.com/mcp`. It uses the Streamable HTTP transport and OAuth: an MCP client opens a browser sign-in the first time it connects, and the agent then acts within the access the user approves. For example, in Claude Code: ```bash claude mcp add --transport http strg https://mcp.strg.com/mcp ``` Or in a client's JSON configuration: ```json { "mcpServers": { "strg": { "type": "http", "url": "https://mcp.strg.com/mcp" } } } ``` MCP clients can discover the server from this domain: the AI Catalog at https://strg.com/.well-known/ai-catalog.json links to its MCP Server Card at https://mcp.strg.com/mcp/server-card. ## Product - [Home](https://strg.com): S3-compatible object storage at $6.80 per TB per month with all egress and standard S3 API requests included. - [Pricing](https://strg.com/pricing): $6.80 per TB per month with all egress and standard API requests included, 10 GB free, no retrieval fees; cost calculator and provider comparison. - [AI and agents](https://strg.com/ai): The STRG MCP server for AI agents and the STRG Assistant in the dashboard; storage for agent memory, RAG documents and datasets. - [Developers](https://strg.com/developers): Connect with the AWS CLI, S3-compatible SDKs and tools, or through MCP. - [S3 API compatibility](https://strg.com/developers/s3-compatibility): Regional S3 endpoints, authentication and supported bucket, object, multipart upload and security operations. - [Network and regions](https://strg.com/network): Storage regions in Reston and Amsterdam, regional S3 endpoints, request routing and cross-region replication. - [Security](https://strg.com/security): Encryption at rest and in transit, scoped credentials, infrastructure isolation and monitoring. - [Solutions](https://strg.com/solutions): Backup and recovery, media libraries, AI datasets, SaaS applications, data lakes and archives. - [Migration](https://strg.com/migration): Moving from Amazon S3 or another S3-compatible service: validation, transfer and cutover. - [Data residency](https://strg.com/data-residency): Storage-region selection, object placement, cross-region replication and account metadata. ## Company - [About](https://strg.com/about): The team building STRG and why. - [Contact](https://strg.com/contact): Contact form for sales, support and security inquiries.
